Hanoi and Halong Bay

Ha Long bay is place on the nord coast with ~ 2000 stone formations and islands in the sea. Is very touristic place, however I decided to go for one day boats trip and see it. It was nice, similar like Ninh Binh but instead at river it is on sea. Hanoi is busy, crowdy and dusty Vietnam's main city. Nevertheless there are many interessting things to do- exploring old quater by foot, visiting some temples, museums, parks, old prison, lake, trying new food, drinking good coconut or egg coffee, going to cinema, puppet theater, or just shoping.

Sapa, Vietnam's mountains

Very nord close to China boarder are Vietnam's mountains (highest peak ~3000m), beautiful mountains with rice fields and local folks from Mongolei. Very poor families, the kids and woman have to work very hard to servive. Good place for trekking and relaxing with good fresh air and hight.

Ninh Binh, King Kong

The most beautiful landscapes in hole Vietnam for me! Very green, many ricefields, river and stone formations. The new King Kong movie was filmed here. Can be explored easely by motorbike or bicycle.
